Returns:
Timeframe: You have 14 days from receipt of your product to return it. If the 14-day period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
Starting the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@whitcombefamily.com, stating your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if damaged, and your contact details.
Refund:
Process: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email approving or denying your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.
Late or missing refund: If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@whitcombefamily.com.
Fees:
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of all customers. We recommend insuring your shipment, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China. Return shipping costs start at 20 euros and are the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions:
Defective or incorrect products: Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If the issue occurs a second time, the purchase price will be fully refunded.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, due to our automated system.
